Private sessions are an excellent way to begin or deepen a yoga practice. Sessions are tailored to your needs and interests, and may include breath work, active and/or restorative yoga postures, kriyas, mudras, mantra and meditation. Sessions can be held in the comfort of your home or mine.
A deeply restorative practice, similar to an extended, guided savasana, designed to unwind the nervous system and promote relaxation and healing within body and mind.
